Eric Burchill

Eric Burchill currently serves as the Vice President of Planning and Development at DORA Construction Limited since January 2022. Burchill has extensive experience in leadership roles, including Vice President positions at B & M Limited and Southwest Properties, where responsibilities included overseeing interdisciplinary project teams and managing development projects from site acquisition to building permits. In prior roles at Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, Burchill contributed to the Annual Strategic Development Plan and negotiated land transactions and development agreements. Burchill holds an MBA from Dalhousie University, a Master of Urban Planning from McGill University, and a BBA from the University of New Brunswick.
