Dominik Beck is a seasoned executive in the ophthalmic medical device industry, currently serving as Chief Business Development and Product Officer at DORC Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center since November 2021. Previously, Dominik held prominent roles including Managing Director and CEO at Rudolf Riester GmbH, President and CEO of Intelon Optics, Inc., and General Manager for Alcon Germany and Austria, overseeing full P&L responsibilities. With a strong background in strategic leadership, Dominik founded Ocuquest, LLC, and led multiple companies, including Iridex and Reliance Medical Products, focusing on innovative solutions in eye care. Dominik's academic credentials include a PhD and MS in Mechanical and Biomedical Engineering from ETH Zürich, complemented by executive development at Mahler.
