Sharon M. Ranson

Sharon M. Ranson, FCPA, FCA, MBA, ICD.D, serves as the President of The Ranson Group Inc. since January 2003, specializing in executive coaching, strategic facilitation, and keynote speaking. Ranson holds multiple director positions across various organizations, including Dorel Industries, where Ranson chairs the Audit Committee, and has served on the boards of Fire & Flower, Sprott, ICPEI, IBI Group, and Spark Power Corp., among others, holding significant roles in audit, governance, and compensation committees. Ranson has also contributed to public service as Vice Chair of the Toronto Investment Board and Chair of the Nominating Committee for the Public Sector Pension Investment Board. Educational achievements include a B Comm. with Honours from Smith School of Business at Queen's University, an MBA with Distinction from Schulich School of Business, and the ICD.D designation from the University of Toronto.
