Tom Swanson

Tom Swanson was named Executive Vice President and General Manger, Corporate Retail in March 2020, leading the corporate retail business unit for all corporate retail banners and Quick Stop fuel and convenience centers. He previously served as Senior Vice President and General Manager, Corporate Retail (2018-2020), overseeing the overall strategy for the company’s more than 155 corporate stores in nine states to maximize SpartanNash’s expertise as a retailer and build greater connectivity with distribution customers. He also led the transition and integration of more than 20 Martin’s Super Markets into the SpartanNash family of stores.

Tom has more than 30 years of executive experience in grocery retail, including six years (2012-2018) as Vice President of SpartanNash’s Retail-West operations.
