Casey Colledge has extensive work experience in the cycling industry. They started their career at Cannondale in 2000, where they served as an International Sales Supervisor until 2009. In 2009, Casey joined Cycling Sports Group and held various roles over the years. They began as an Intl Sales Order Analyst from 2009 to 2011, then became a Sales & Operations Coordinator for a short period. Casey then transitioned to the role of International Operations Manager from 2011 until 2017. Currently, Casey is employed at Cycling Sports Group as the Sr. International Sales Customer Relationship Manager, a position they have held since March 2017.

Casey Colledge has a diverse educational background. In 1990, Casey obtained a diploma from Everett Area High School where they completed the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. They went on to pursue higher education and obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Pittsburgh Technical Institute, graduating in 1998. In 2004, Casey attended PennWest California and completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business Administration and Management, General, in 2006. Continuing their educational journey, Casey pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Geneva College, which they obtained in 2012. Additionally, in March 2023, they obtained a certification titled "Nano Tips for Answering Common Interview Questions" from LinkedIn, provided by Tiffany Uman.
