Paul Hirsch is the President and Chief Creative Officer at Doremus. Paul has over 20 years of experience in the advertising industry, and has won numerous awards for their work.

Paul started their career as an Art Director at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, where they worked on campaigns for Nike, Ford, and CamelBak. Paul was then promoted to Executive Vice-President, Group Creative Director at Leo Burnett, where they oversaw campaigns for Microsoft, iShares, and BlackRock.

In 2008, Paul left Leo Burnett to join McCann SF as Senior Vice-President, Executive Creative Director. During their time at McCann, Paul helped grow the agency's client base and won several awards for their work on behalf of Microsoft.

In 2010, Paul co-founded Division of Labor, an advertising agency that was twice named Advertising Age's Small Agency of the Year. Paul served as the agency's Creative Director and helped grow the company's client list to include Nike, Ford, TBS, Dropbox, Prezi, and SunPower.

In 2017, Paul left Division of Labor to join Havas as Executive Creative Director. At Havas, they oversaw campaigns for Hefty, Reynolds Kitchen, Orbitz, Cracker Barrel, Mike's Hard Lemonade, AutoZone, and Moen.

In 2018, Paul left Havas to pursue freelance opportunities. Paul has since worked as a Creative Director and Consultant for a variety of companies.

Paul Hirsch earned a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and later attended The Creative Circus.
