Pramod Kaluskar

Pramod Kaluskar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Pramod currently serves as the Director of Product Engineering at Dori AI, an AI-powered video intelligence platform. In this role, they lead the development of enterprise SaaS applications that utilize advanced deep learning and computer vision technology. Prior to this, Pramod worked as a Consultant for Digital Strategy and Integration at AT&T through Insight Global, where they performed gap-analysis, created and evaluated business cases, and guided projects through the financial and tech-development process. Pramod also held the role of Senior Staff Engineer at Qualcomm Inc., where they developed a mediation layer using C++ and SOAP/WSDL, earning performance commendations for their contributions. Pramod has also held managerial positions at Ikanos Communications Inc., Conexant Systems Inc., and Globespan-Virata, where they were responsible for marketing, product design-wins, and software architecture, respectively. In addition to their experience in the private sector, Pramod has a background in research and engineering, having worked as a Research Engineer at Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) and designed software for the MTP3 layer of the SS7 signaling stack. Pramod has a strong technical background, with expertise in areas such as communication protocols, network processors, and embedded real-time systems.

Pramod Kaluskar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda. Pramod then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee. Following this, they attended Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management to earn an MBA in Management. In terms of additional certifications, Pramod completed courses such as "Neural Networks and Deep Learning (with Matlab and Octave)", "Machine Learning (with Matlab and Octave)", and "The Data Scientist's Toolbox (with R)" through Coursera. Pramod also obtained the certification of Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute.
