Karen Brewer

Karen Brewer currently serves as the Director of Internal Audit & Risk at Dorilton since May 2021. Previously, Brewer was the Head of Risk & Controls for Finance at Bridgewater Associates from December 2017 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing governance and risks related to financial matters. Prior to that role, Brewer held two significant positions at RBS Markets and International Banking from January 2010 to January 2016, first as Head of CAO Risk & Controls, Americas, overseeing a central Controls team and implementing risk management frameworks across Corporate Institutional Banking. Brewer also served as Head of Business Management for the Global Special Situations Group, managing Fixed Income desks and driving key business initiatives in collaboration with various stakeholders.
