Kelsey Hazzard

Kelsey Hazzard, CPA, MBA, brings extensive experience in internal audit and enterprise risk management, currently serving as Director of Internal Audit & Risk Management at Lamb Weston since September 2022, where responsibilities include facilitating ERM assessments and overseeing global operational audits. Prior to this role, Kelsey spent over seven years at Micron Technology in various managerial positions focused on enterprise risk management and internal auditing, including the design of an ERM roadmap and the implementation of a Guest Auditor Program. Kelsey also held a Senior Audit Associate position at KPMG, conducting compliance evaluations for diverse entities. A recognized leader, Kelsey facilitated the Micron Women Leadership Network's mentoring program and received the Finance Culture Champion award in 2017. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Boise State University, along with involvement in leadership roles during university studies.
