Aniruddha (Ani) Dorle is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and software development fields. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering and Operations at DORLECO since 2018 and as the Chief Engineer for Vehicle Software Stack at ETTRACTIVE Inc since 2021, Aniruddha specializes in Model Based Systems Engineering, software architecture, and algorithm design, utilizing tools such as Matlab/Simulink and Vector AUTOSAR. Aniruddha is also a co-founder of Radical Services, a company producing concrete pavers. Previous roles include Sr. Powertrain Controls Software Engineer at Ford Motor Company, and EV Project Engineer at Navistar Inc. Aniruddha holds a Master’s of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University.
