Johanna Luo

Johanna Luo has a strong background in CRM and marketing, with experience spanning various industries. Johanna is currently serving as the CRM Sales & Marketing Team Lead at dormakaba. Prior to that, they worked at Wella Company as the Global CRM Technology Senior Manager and Global CRM Technology Manager. Before joining Wella Company, they held the position of CRM Technology Manager at Coty. Johanna also has experience in project management and marketing, having worked as the CRM & Marketing Project Manager at EF Education First. Johanna started their career as a Master Thesis Student at Ericsson, where they focused on mobile financial services in developing markets. Johanna gained early work experience as an intern at IKEA Group.

Johanna Luo attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) and Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. In 2011, they participated in an exchange program at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, focusing on Economics and Management. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as "Leading When You're Not in Charge" and "Managing Resources Across Project Teams" from LinkedIn, as well as a "Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)" certification from Scrum Alliance in 2022.
