Kaloyana Yasharova

Kaloyana Yasharova is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the HR Team Lead for the DACH Region at dormakaba since September 2024. Previously, Kaloyana held multiple key positions at Atos IT Solutions and Services A/S, including Team Leader of HR Operations Advisory and Human Resources Operations Specialist. Kaloyana also managed various HR teams at Eviden, overseeing operations for Germany and the UK & Ireland from April 2023 to September 2024. Additional experience includes HR roles at IKEA, SPORT DEPOT, H&M, and McDonald's Corporation. Kaloyana holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a Bachelor’s degree in Teacher Education from the National Sports Academy "Vassil Levski."
