Nicole Claase

Nicole Claase has extensive work experience in Learning & Development and Employee Engagement. From 2005 to 2015, they served as the General Manager of Learning & Development at Inchcape Shipping Services, where they managed the organization's Training Academy and delivered training programs for employees worldwide. Since 2015, they have been working at dormakaba, initially as the Deputy Vice President of Learning & Development for Access Solutions EMEA. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing training strategies. Currently, their role at dormakaba is Deputy Vice President of Global Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion.
