Valery Seraphimov

Valery Seraphimov is a corporate finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at Cargotec since January 2018, Valery is responsible for managing monthly, interim, and annual closings, focusing on fixed assets and provisions reporting, as well as preparation of interim reports and financial reviews. Prior roles at Cargotec include Senior Accountant, overseeing record-to-report bookkeeping, order analysis, and gross-margin reviews. Valery has also worked as an Accountant Analyst at Cargill, managing general ledger reconciliations and financial reporting, and as an Accounting Assistant at TMF Group, handling bookkeeping for small and medium enterprises. Valery holds a Master's degree in Accounting and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of National and World Economy, as well as a high school diploma in Accounting and Computer Science.
