Kristen Wight

Kristen Wight is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in diverse HR roles. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Human Resources at Dorman Products since September 2019, Kristen has previously held significant positions at Ditech Financial LLC, where responsibilities included managing a team of HR professionals and leading workforce change initiatives for approximately 1,800 employees.
