Prashant Patkar

Prashant Patkar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Prashant started their career as a Sales & Application Engineer at Forbes & Company Ltd in 1990 and later held various roles including Executive Product Development, Product Manager, and Business Manager. In 2014, they joined Miranda Tools as the Asst. Vice President - Sales & Marketing and later became the Vice President - Sales & Marketing Domestic & Export. In 2020, they transitioned to Dormer Pramet, where they initially served as the Vice President Sales & Marketing, Domestic & Export before progressing to their current role as the Head of Business Development Americas.

Prashant Patkar completed their education from various institutions. Prashant obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from ITM Group of Institutions in 2012. Prior to that, in 1997, they completed a Diploma in Export Management from the INDIAN INSTITUTE OF EXPORT MANAGEMENT, focusing on International Business. In 1990, they received a Diploma in Business Management from Principal L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research, with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In the same year, they also completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) from SBMP, Mumbai.

Additionally, Prashant Patkar obtained a certification in Strategies for winning in International Markets (SWIM) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in August 2018.
