Tim Vargas

Tim Vargas has a solid background in the construction industry, with experience working for various homebuilding companies. Tim most recently served as the VP of Construction at Dorn Homes since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of VP of Construction and Customer Service at Mandalay Homes from June 2018 to November 2021. Before joining Mandalay Homes, they worked at KB Home as a Director of Construction from July 2016 to May 2018, a Regional Construction Manager from April 2013 to June 2016, and a Construction Manager from November 2006 to March 2013. Tim also has prior experience at Pulte Homes, where they held roles such as Director of Construction from January 2005 to October 2006, Construction Manager from August 2003 to January 2005, Project Manager from November 2001 to August 2003, Superintendent from March 1996 to October 2001, and Customer Service Representative from August 1994 to February 1996.

Tim Vargas attended Arizona State University from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued a degree in Agricultural Business.
