Grady Diesslin started their work experience in 2009 as a Teacher's Assistant at Purdue University. In 2009, they also worked as a Project Engineer at General Dynamics until 2010. In 2011, they joined Dorner Mfg Corp as a Manufacturing Engineer, a position they currently hold.
Grady Diesslin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology/Technician from Purdue University, graduating in 2009. In addition to their degree, they also earned the Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in May 2009. Grady further enhanced their skills by acquiring the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification in April 2010.
