Stephan Bloching

Stephan Bloching has extensive work experience in the field of payroll and HR services. Stephan began their career as a Personalsachbearbeiter (HR Officer) at RAG Deutsche Steinkohle AG in 2003. After that, they worked as a Projektmitarbeiter (Project Assistant) at RAG BILDUNG Saar GmbH, where they were involved in a project focused on creating additional training opportunities in the Saarland region. Stephan then joined Cirrus Airlines Luftfahrtgesellschaft mbH as a Personaladministration und Entgeltabrechnung (Personnel Administration and Payroll) specialist, where they managed personnel and payroll for approximately 500 employees.

After several years with Cirrus Airlines, Stephan moved on to Amadeus FiRe AG – Zeitarbeit, Personalvermittlung, Interim Management, where they worked as a Personalsachbearbeiter Vergütungsmanagement (Compensation Management HR Officer). Stephan was responsible for salary calculations for employees and freelancers, as well as assisting with year-end accounting tasks.

Stephan then joined Adecco as a Personalsachbearbeiter Entgeltabrechnung (Payroll HR Officer), handling payroll for a workforce of around 700 employees using SAP R/3. Stephan later worked at DKB Service GmbH as a Personalsachbearbeiter Entgeltabrechnung, where they managed the payroll for two external clients, overseeing a total of approximately 590 employees.

In 2015, Stephan joined ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE as a Payroll Expert, responsible for payroll processing for ten subsidiary companies. Stephan stayed with ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE until 2017, when they moved to Eni, where they worked as a Payroll Specialist. In this role, they managed payroll operations until March 2020.

In their most recent position, Stephan joined Dornier MedTech in April 2020 as a Senior Payroll Specialist.

Stephan Bloching completed their education from 2001 to 2003, obtaining a degree as an Industriekaufmann (IHK) from RAG Deutsche Steinkohle AG. Stephan also holds various certifications in Excel, Microsoft 365, and Power BI from LinkedIn, which were obtained between 2021 and 2023, indicating a continuous focus on enhancing their skills in data analysis, business intelligence, and other related areas.
