Shai Rosenfeld

Shai Rosenfeld is a seasoned educator and leader with extensive experience in programming and youth engagement. Currently serving as Director and Lead Educator at DOROT since May 2021, Shai enhances and facilitates intergenerational programs, focusing on teen leadership for older adults and students. Previous roles include Gap and Marketing Director, Gap Leader, and Assistant Summer Camp Director at Camp Glen Brook, along with various positions at DOROT, East Midwood Jewish Center, and Hebrew Scouts Movement in Israel, which emphasize program coordination and educational development. Shai holds a Master of Arts in Applied Theatre from CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Anthropology and Theatre from Tel Aviv University.
