The Leadership Team at DOROT is responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing the organization's execution of its mission to alleviate social isolation among older adults. This team, consisting of the President, Vice Presidents, VP & President-elect, Chief People & Culture Officer, Chief Program Officer, and Chief Advancement Officer, ensures the alignment of programs, services, and initiatives across departments. They provide guidance, manage resources, and cultivate a collaborative culture to effectively engage staff and volunteers in fostering meaningful social connections for seniors.
