Carson Matthews has extensive experience in the real estate industry, starting with their role as an Executive Trainee at Belk Gastonia Division in 1998. Carson then worked as an Assistant Manager at Belk Department Store and later became an Area Sales Manager. In 2000, Carson joined Belk, Inc as an Assistant Buyer, where they were responsible for market analysis, vendor relations, and product development. In 2002, Carson transitioned to Harry Norman, Realtors as a Senior Marketing Consultant, where their notable achievements include adding green building certifications to the First Multiple Listing Service and becoming a featured speaker at the EcoBroker Annual Conference. Carson then worked at Keller Williams Realty as an Associate Broker and EcoBroker, before joining Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby's International Realty as a Realtor and Broker Associate. Currently, Carson is working at Dorsey Alston, Realtors as a Senior VP and Broker, where they oversee the execution of marketing and business development strategies. Carson provides progressive marketing solutions through traditional and online media, analyzes home sales trends, and compiles data for marketing distribution.

Carson Matthews earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Presbyterian College, where they studied from 1992 to 1996.
