Anthony Badaracco

Anthony Badaracco is a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, bringing substantial experience in antitrust, commercial, and appellate litigation across New York and federal courts, as well as arbitration. With a focus on merger clearance and pre-integration planning, Anthony has advised clients on investigations by the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and state regulatory agencies. Previously, Anthony served as Of Counsel at K&L Gates, where responsibilities included litigation, antitrust counseling, and white-collar criminal investigations. Anthony's early career includes roles as a law clerk for the New Jersey General Assembly and Professor Harry First, among other internships. Anthony holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and an A.B. from Princeton University.
