Dave Tank is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, currently serving as a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since 2009. Notable achievements include securing a seven-figure judgment for a minority shareholder in a closely held company case in Polk County, Iowa, and successfully settling a major claim involving breach of contract, misappropriation of trade secrets, and copyright infringement for over one hundred million dollars prior to trial. Prior to joining Dorsey & Whitney, Dave Tank held the position of Partner at the Davis Brown Law Firm from 1985 to 2009 and worked in a legal capacity at O'Connor and Thomas from 1984 to 1985.
