Tamkin began their legal career at Howarth & Smith, where they worked as an associate on securities fraud and products liability cases. Gregory then moved to Ireland Stapleton Pryor & Pascoe, PC, where they continued to work on complex commercial litigation cases, including those involving financial institutions, real estate, and trade secrets. In 2000, Tamkin left Ireland Stapleton to join Dorsey as a trial attorney. Gregory was promoted to head of the Denver Trial Department in 2013.
