Jeremy Finkelstein

Jeremy Finkelstein is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since January 2024, Finkelstein previously held the same position at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner from January 2017 to January 2024, and at Bryan Cave from April 2008 to March 2018. Finkelstein began a legal career as an Associate before advancing to Vice President in the Corporate Trust Division of The Bank of New York Mellon, where responsibilities included project finance, corporate debt restructurings, and corporate finance transactions. Finkelstein earned a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.
