Justin Huff is a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since November 2020, following a tenure as Of Counsel at JONES DAY® from February 2018 to November 2020, where the focus was on CFIUS matters within the Government Regulation practice. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Director at the Office of Investment Security at the U.S. Department of the Treasury from March 2014 to February 2018, also within CFIUS. Additional roles include Senior Analyst at the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Senior Intelligence Advisor at the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. Justin Huff holds a JD from George Mason University - Antonin Scalia Law School and a BS in Economics from Utah State University.
