Kirsten Schubert is a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where experience includes defending financial services clients in class actions related to municipal derivatives and sophisticated securities products, alongside representing broker dealers and asset managers in internal investigations, regulatory inquiries, and FINRA arbitration. Additionally, Kirsten has acted on behalf of companies and boards of directors in shareholder disputes. Previously, Kirsten served as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota, contributing to the Federal Immigration Litigation Clinic.
