Nicholas Pappas

Nicholas Pappas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in high-profile law firms and contributions to the Greek Orthodox Church. Currently an Archon at the Archons of the Ecumenical Patriarchate and a Partner at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since October 2022, Pappas previously served as a Partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from 1992 to 2022. Additionally, Pappas has been a member of the Archdiocesan Council of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America since September 2020. Pappas began his career as a Law Clerk at the U.S. District Court from 1987 to 1989 and worked as an Associate at Skadden Arps from 1989 to 1992. Pappas holds a J.D. from Rutgers Law School and an AB in Government from Harvard University.
