Troy Keller

Troy Keller is a partner and of counsel at Dorsey & Whitney LLP since July 2018, providing legal and government relations support to the manufacturing, chemicals, and technology industries, backed by over twenty years of experience in international law firms and Fortune 500 companies. In addition, Troy serves as the Director and Corporate Secretary for 47G Utah Aerospace and Defense and as an International Trade and Commercial Policy Advisor for World Trade Center Utah. Previous roles include Vice President of Government Affairs and Associate General Counsel at Huntsman Corporation, Senior Attorney at Qwest Communications, and associate positions at Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison and Brown & Wood LLP. Troy holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA in English from Brigham Young University.
