Jackie Huynh

Jackie Huynh started their work experience in 2018 as an Intern at igloohome through the UNSW Orion Digital Internship Program. In 2018, they also founded their own learning program called X Education, which aimed to make tuition more accessible to all students. Jackie taught various subjects and moved all classes online due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

In 2019, Jackie worked as a Student Consultant at Social Impact Hub, where they updated Kumu maps and recommended strategies for the company's expansion. Jackie was recognized for their outstanding contribution.

Jackie also had roles at UNSW Personal Finance Club, serving as Secretary and External Partnership Coordinator. In these positions, they managed administrative duties, organized recruitment drives, reached out to companies for sponsorships, and organized events to help students manage their personal finances.

In 2019, Jackie worked as a Notetaker at UNSW Business School.

In 2021, they joined ANZ as a Technology Graduate, undertaking secondments in various banking and financial technology areas. Jackie also took additional responsibilities as a Product Owner and Scrum Master in the Data and Process Analyst role, where they collected use cases and worked with engineers to build an app. Jackie later became a Scrum Master in the Enterprise Data & Intelligent Automation team.

Currently, Jackie Huynh is working as a Junior Scrum Master at Doshii, part of the x15ventures startup incubator. Jackie writes user stories using Behaviour-Driven Development.

Jackie Huynh completed their Bachelor of Commerce in Business Economics and Marketing, with a specialization in Orion, at UNSW from 2018 to 2020. In 2020, they attended SSE - Sydney School of Entrepreneurship, although the degree and field of study are unspecified. Additionally, Jackie Huynh obtained certifications including Jira Advanced from Udemy in June 2022, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in May 2022, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in April 2021.
