Sydney Reddoch

Sydney Reddoch, P.E., currently serves as Senior VDC Manager at Doster Construction Company since June 2018, after holding roles as Virtual Design and Construction Manager, Project Manager, and Assistant Project Manager. Prior experience includes working as a structural project engineer at Gresham, Smith and Partners from May 2012 to June 2018, where significant contributions were made in preparing architects for the structural portion of their registration examination and overseeing various aviation projects. Sydney began the professional journey as a Civil Engineering Intern at Engineering Ministries International in early 2011, conducting essential surveys and preliminary designs for hospital construction in Kenya. Earlier internship experience at MBA Engineers, Inc. involved structural design tasks and site inspections. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama, completed in 2010.
