Rachel Lytton, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support management and organizational governance. Currently serving as Senior Support Manager for Dot Compliance since September 2024, Rachel directs remote support teams to deliver multichannel customer support in the eQMS SaaS sector. As a Board Director for the Environmental Science Center since January 2024, Rachel has successfully secured over $20,000 in funding for community programs.
