QA Project Manager at Dot Compliance

Vadim Lichtik has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Vadim started their career as a Pharmacy Intern at Leumit Health Services in 2009 and later worked as a Pharmacist at Meuhedet Health Services in 2010. Vadim then joined the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) and held multiple positions including QA Manager at the Planning & Acquisition Branch, Acquisition & Logistics Manager, Field Pharmacist at the IDF's field hospital, Head of Primary Medicine Instruction Section, Head of Ambulatory Section at the IDF Jerusalem Health Maintenance Organization, and QA Manager & Responsible Pharmacist at the IDF Jerusalem Health Maintenance Organization. During their time in the IDF, Vadim was responsible for various tasks such as running a field pharmacy, working under fire, and managing personnel. Vadim also contributed to the development of new sections and was involved in course planning and instruction. In 2015, Vadim transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry and joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as a QA Manager & Responsible Pharmacist. Their responsibilities included managing compliance, implementing quality standards, handling process deviations and customer complaints, and working with various interfaces within the ministry, Teva, and vendors. In 2019, they moved to A.L Medi Market and served as the QA Director and Qualified Person (QP). There, they oversaw quality assurance practices and regulatory compliance. In 2020, Vadim joined Chiasma as a Quality Assurance Manager and later transitioned to Dot Compliance in 2022 as a QA Project Manager. Throughout their career, Vadim has demonstrated expertise in quality assurance, project management, compliance, and pharmaceutical operations.

Vadim Lichtik's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Marketing, which they obtained from Tel Aviv University during the period of 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) in Pharmacology at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2005 to 2009. In their earlier years, from 2002 to 2005, Vadim attended Boyer High School, where they focused on biotechnology, chemistry, and biology.

Vadim obtained the ICH-GCP adapted for the US certification in October 2020 from THE FACULTY OF PHARMACEUTICAL MEDICINE OF THE ROYAL COLLEGES OF PHYSICIANS OF THE UNITED KINGDOM. In October 2016, they acquired certifications in "Balancing Work and Life," "Creating Your Personal Brand," and "How to Present and Stay on Point" from LinkedIn. Vadim is also a registered pharmacist (RPh) according to the Israeli Ministry of Health, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
