Eric di Silvestro

Eric Di Silvestro has extensive experience in account management and sales across various sectors. Currently serving as a Retail Corporate Account Manager at Dot Foods since July 2017, Eric also holds titles as Anchovi Go-to-Market Director and National Account Manager, consulting with restaurant chains and foodservice operators on limited time offer management and culinary development. Previously, Eric worked at Euromonitor International as an International Business Development Executive and was a District/Business Sales Manager Trainee. As a co-founder and VP of Sales at Occasion, Eric helped develop an online booking platform. Legislative roles include serving as a Legislative Assistant and Correspondent for Congressman Robert Dold, focusing on diverse policy issues and constituent engagement.
