Erika R.

Erika R. currently serves as the Director of Warehouse at Dot Foods since August 2023 and is also an Adjunct Instructor for the Logistics & Supply Chain Management Program at Dyersburg State Community College since January 2022. Prior to this, Erika held the position of Transportation Manager at Dot Transportation, Inc. from June 2021 to August 2023 and worked as Operations Support Manager and FSQA-Product Integrity Manager at Dot Foods between May 2016 and June 2021. Additional experience includes serving as an Adjunct Instructor at John Wood Community College from August 2015 to December 2018 and working as an Operations Analyst at Kohl Wholesale from 2009 to 2016. Erika obtained a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from William Woods University in 2014 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Western Illinois University in 2009.
