Jake Kohut

Jake Kohut is currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Dot Foods, the largest foodservice redistribution company in the United States, since September 2023. Prior to this role, Jake held several legal positions, including Of Counsel at Spencer Fane LLP from 2021 to 2023, and Attorney at Armstrong Teasdale LLP from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, Jake worked as a Litigation Attorney at Segal McCambridge Singer & Mahoney from 2015 to 2018, and as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney in the General Crimes Division at the Greene County Prosecutor's Office from 2013 to 2015. Jake began the legal career as an Attorney at Klar, Izsak & Stenger, L.L.C. from 2012 to 2013. Jake obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the same university in 2009.
