Andrea Formica is an accomplished account and customer service manager with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Manager at Dot It Restaurant Fulfillment since January 2023, Andrea previously held the role of Client Service Manager at Garaginization, focusing on transforming garage spaces and delivering exceptional customer service. At Coyote Outdoor Living, Andrea managed the customer service department, enhancing efficiency through training, policy implementation, and CRM software adaptation. From 2011 to 2021, Andrea contributed to Dr. Delphinium Designs & Events as a Customer Service Manager, leading significant sales initiatives and employee training while maintaining high retention rates.
