Krzysztof Roslaniec

Krzysztof Roslaniec has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Krzysztof is currently the CEO of Dot2Dot SA, a leading premium and eco packaging company in Central Europe. Prior to this role, Krzysztof served as the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Vice President at CERSANIT GROUP, a prominent manufacturer of ceramic tiles and sanitary ware. Krzysztof was responsible for overseeing the company's sales and marketing strategies, and played a key role in achieving substantial turnover and growth. Before that, they held the position of Commercial Director at NOMI SA, an independent DIY chain, where they led the buying and merchandising departments and contributed to the company's turnaround. Krzysztof also worked as a Senior Manager at Kolaja & Partners, specializing in interim management, strategy consulting, and performance improvement programs. Krzysztof managed various projects for domestic and international companies in different countries. Additionally, they have held leadership roles as an Interim COO and Management Board Member at various organizations, including a window and door manufacturer, Carlsberg Srbija d.o.o., and Mondi Group. Earlier in their career, Krzysztof worked as an Internet Products Director at ce-market and as a Senior Consultant in Strategy at Accenture, focusing on retail and telecommunications industries. Krzysztof started their career as a Market Engineer at Saint-Gobain w Polsce.

Krzysztof Roslaniec has participated in various business trainings at the prestigious Business Schools in the United States (Kellogg, Stanford) and the United Kingdom. These trainings covered topics such as management, marketing, supply chain, organization, and other related areas. Furthermore, they pursued an International MBA degree at Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in MBA.
