Daniel Straitiff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Daniel began their career in the United States Air Force as an Armament Systems Journeyman, where they were responsible for inspecting, installing, and repairing components of military aircraft. After leaving the military, Daniel worked as a Customer Service Representative at Convergys, providing technical support for Apple devices. Daniel then joined Baptist Medical Center as an Information Services Technician, where they installed and troubleshooted workstations in a medical environment.

Daniel later transitioned to the field of broadcast technology, working at SMT (SportsMEDIA Technology Corp) as a Broadcast Specialist. In this role, they operated video equipment and software to support live professional tennis and golf tournaments, including major events like the US Open. Daniel also served as a Help Desk Specialist, providing remote support for scoring system software and equipment used by NBA, WNBA, NBA D-League, and NHL teams.

Daniel's expertise in technical training and content development led him to Pragmatic Works, where they served as a Training Content Manager. Daniel developed and delivered training courses on business intelligence, data management, and business analysis for clients across the United States. Additionally, they delivered training content with/for Microsoft.

Prior to their current role, Daniel worked as a Help Desk Analyst II at ICX Managed Services, LLC, providing remote and on-site support for various clients. Daniel tracked issue resolution and communicated with clients via a ticketing system.

Most recently, Daniel joined dotCMS as a Product Trainer & Course Developer. Daniel'sresponsibilities include developing training courses and delivering them to clients.

Through their work experience, Daniel has demonstrated strong technical skills, customer service abilities, and expertise in training and content development.

Daniel Straitiff attended Samuel W. Wolfson High School from 2006 to 2008. Daniel did not pursue a degree or focus on any particular field of study during their time there. Before attending Wolfson, Daniel studied Graphic Arts at Douglas Anderson School of the Arts from 2004 to 2006. Apart from their formal education, they obtained a certification in Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI from Microsoft in January 2020.
