Caitlin is an HRCI Certified Human Resources Professional with 10+ years working within human resources management. Her previous roles include several years working as the Director of Human Resources for a national restaurant chain with oversight of over 800+ employees in four different states and more recently serving as the Chief Administrative Officer leading human resources for a regional cooperative.
