Brennan Portz

Brennan Portz is a Security Analyst II at Douglas Omaha Technology Commission (DOTComm), responsible for monitoring and deploying Cortex XDR to over 6000 hosts and investigating network anomalies using Splunk Cloud. Prior to this role, Brennan worked as a Systems Analyst II at National Indemnity Company, where Brennan managed VDI virtual machines, configured phone solutions in Cisco Unified Communications Manager, and developed scripts for remote configuration of workstation programs. Additionally, Brennan has experience as a Meat Clerk at Hy-Vee, Inc, and as a Front Of House Clerk at Pizza Hut. Brennan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
