Selima Berisha

Selima Berisha has over a decade of experience in various roles, including Senior Account Executive/Account Manager at Media Nation Enterprises from 2010 to 2022 and currently as a Client Engagement Lead at DotConnect. In their current position, they collaborate with client leadership teams to develop strategic talent roadmaps, implements scalable sourcing strategies, oversees recruitment processes, and designs interview training programs. Selima also focuses on promoting diversity in the hiring process and providing an exceptional candidate experience. Prior to their current role, Selima worked in sales, renewals, client services, and account management at Media Nation Enterprises, where they handled projects for major retailers.

Selima Berisha obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from LIU Brooklyn, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Recruiting Foundations from LinkedIn and in Certified from Invest in Your Leaders in 2022.
