Jacob Redfern has been leading a BDR team at Dotdigital Group plc since June 2020, as a Business Development Representative. Prior to that, Jacob worked as a Sales Executive at Zuto from June 2016 to June 2020, where Jacob sold finance packages to various customers. Jacob's experience also includes working as a Business Retention Advisor at Vodafone from August 2015 to June 2016, using objection handling to retain customers.
