Hayley Monk

Hayley Monk is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a career spanning several key roles in recruitment. Currently serving as Head of Talent Acquisition at Dotdigital since September 2018, prior positions include Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist. Before joining Dotdigital, Hayley worked at Salt as a Recruitment Consultant focusing on Sales within the SaaS, FinTech, and MarTech sectors. Hayley also held a role at Phaidon International as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in European payments, where expertise included executive search and partner management. Hayley began the career journey with a three-month editorial internship at CPI Media Group. Academic qualifications include a BA in Sport Science from Stellenbosch University.
