Helen Thomazin

Helen Thomazin has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Helen is currently working at Dotdigital as the Chief Business Operations Officer, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Unit4, where they held various roles, including Chief of Staff and VP Global Head of Process and Sales Operations. In these roles, they successfully established and led a Global Sales Operations team and focused on improving productivity and eliminating barriers for the sales organization. Helen was recognized for their outstanding leadership and team support, receiving the Unit4 4Q 2020 People First award. Before Unit4, they had a long tenure at IBM, where they held several positions such as Watson Platform and AI Business and Sales Manager, IBM Cloud Business COO, and Resilience Services Commercial Leader. Helen played a vital role in managing change, implementing effective commercial management processes, and transforming the bid management team. Helen also designed and implemented organizational change, including a near-shore operating model for bid management, resulting in significant cost savings. Helen Thomazin earned a BA Hons degree in Business Studies with French Language from the University of Stirling, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
