Nicky Penkov

Nicky Penkov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. They started their career as a Senior Developer at Codix.net in 2000 and stayed in that role until 2003. Afterwards, they joined Tamar where they held multiple positions including Lead Developer, Head of Operations, SA, and Talent and Operations Director. In 2011, Nicky joined Dotdigital as the Human Resources Director, a role they currently hold.

Nicky Penkov has qualifications in CIPD, with an MCIPD degree. They also have a Master's degree in Information Technology from Kingston University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Oceanography with Marine Biology from the University of Southampton. Their high school education was completed at Putney High School.
