Dr Laura Weis

Dr. Laura Weis currently serves as the Head of Future of Work at Wunderman Thompson Commerce's Satalia, where responsibilities include leading the Future of Work market and driving thought leadership in the intersection of work, workforce, and workplace experiences. In addition to this role, Dr. Weis is a Scientific Advisor for both RallyBright and Tao Leadership Ltd, and works as an Associate with CoCreate Consultancy, focusing on People Analytics. Previous positions include Chief Strategy Officer at Satalia, Research Teaching Associate at UCL, Project Manager at Brainpool AI, and freelance roles in advisory capacities. Dr. Weis holds a Ph.D. in Clinical and Health/Organisational Psychology from UCL and has a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen, along with a diploma in Business and Management from the University of Brighton.
