Tam Bond

Tam Bond has a strong work experience in various roles within the digital marketing industry. Tam began their career in 2007 as a Receptionist at Vets Now Ltd and later worked as a District Clinic Coordinator at Vets Now. In 2011, they joined MITIE as a Customer Support Advisor, where they focused on providing support to major clients in soft services.

Tam's experience in the digital marketing industry includes roles at Sign-Up.to and dotdigital. At Sign-Up.to, they served as a Support Assistant, providing technical support and advice on digital marketing strategies. Tam later became a Product Analyst, responsible for data-driven product development, release management, and email delivery. At dotdigital, they started as a Delivery Engineer, optimizing the email delivery infrastructure and collaborating with various teams to improve the platform. Tam then advanced to the role of Delivery Operations Manager. Currently, they are the Head of Messaging Operations at dotdigital, where they lead a team and is responsible for email and SMS delivery operations, deliverability, and strategic direction.

Tam Bond attended Farnborough Hill School from 2002 to 2006. Tam obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Pharmacology from the University of Bristol between 2006 and 2011. In 2013, Tam Bond obtained the CIEH Level 2 Award in Fire Safety Principles and the CIEH Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace from The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.
