McKay Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership development, corporate marketing, and communications. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Leadership Learning and Development at doTERRA International since July 2014, McKay focuses on enhancing corporate culture and improving internal and external communications. Previous roles include Senior Director of Product Marketing at Attachmate: Novell, Senior Director of Corporate Marketing at LANDesk Software, and Director of Online Marketing at Provo Craft. McKay's career began at Novell, where significant contributions were made to corporate and internal communications. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Advertising from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, McKay combines educational expertise with practical skills in marketing strategy, demand generation, and community relations.
